WORKOUT PLANS

I know it is often quite hard to structure your exercise across the weeks and months, so I have put together a workout plan you can do using my YouTube Videos!

STRUCTURE:

5 Days a week of training including strength, cardio, core and pilates. 2 Rest days where you can walk - stretch/choose whatever easy relaxed movement you like!

EQUIPMENT:

You will need a set of dumbbells - ideally two, a heavier and a lighter set but you can do with just one. A pack of minibands. A bench/chair/step

TIME: Workouts are between 15-50 minutes long
