Private training sessions for those who like to train solo, or want that alone time dedicated just for them!
Session Prices:
£50 per session
£450 block of 10 (£50 discount)

1-2-2 STRONGER TOGETHER
A great option to train with a friend/partner (or make a new friend!), great if you love that accountability in the room or like a bit of healthy competition. Super fun!
Session Prices:
£60 per session
£540 block of 10 (£60 discount)

1-2-4+ STRONGER GANG
Train together in larger groups of 4+ people, think fun raucous bootcamp style workouts!
Session Prices:
£12 pp per session (min 4 people)

You Mamas are already strong; I am here to help you get stronger during and after pregnancy, helping you reconnect with your body!
Session Prices:
Same as 1-2-1, 1-2-2 and Group :)
